As part of its mission to ensure a Pan African operations and service supports for Hotels and Hotel groups in Africa, IT Hospitality is happy to announce the opening an office in Kenya. The office will oversee support and business development in the following countries: Kenya, Tanzania (+ Zanzibar), Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi, Sudan, South Sudan, Djibouti, Eritrea, and Somalia.

In partnership with Tommaso Africa, IT Hospitality is now offering its services and support in East Africa. Vinay Shah will spearhead and co-ordinate IT Hospitality’s operations in Eastern Africa together with Tommaso Africa, to deliver IT Hospitality’s solutions, support services and its service delivery commitments to the global chains establishing their presence in the region.

Vinay Shah and Tommaso bring to IT Hospitality, 15years of regional experience in service delivery, representing leading brands in hospitality solutions. Together with IT Hospitality’s platform and Africa wide presence assure the brands consistent local service delivery they need across their operations globally.

IT Hospitality previously announced the opening of an office in South Africa through a merger with Sascon Consulting (Pty) and the official opening of a joint new office in Johannesburg, IT Hospitality South Africa, with the objective to jointly drive integration and deployment in Southern, Sub Saharan Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands.

This merger enables ITH to further deploy and integrate solutions as part of their turnkey solution packages to Hotel Groups like Accor, Hilton, Marriott, Radisson, and others in Southern Africa. The opening of the South African office is part of the expansion plans to give ITH partners and customers a Pan-African coverage in service, deployment, and support.
