Casablanca, Johannesburg, 15th December 2020 IT Hospitality and Sascon Consulting (Pty) Ltd announced today that they have signed a merger in South Africa and are launching a joint new office in Johannesburg, IT Hospitality South Africa, with the objective to jointly develop the hospitality market in Southern Africa.
This merger enables IT Hospitality to further deploy and integrate solutions as part of their turnkey solution packages to Hotel Groups like Accor, Hilton, Marriott, Radisson, and others in Southern Africa. The opening of the South African office is part of the expansion plans to give IT Hospitality partners and customers a Pan-African coverage in service, deployment and support.
